About You The Insurance Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the company’s insurance program. This role focuses on maintaining accurate insurance documentation, handling policy lifecycle activities, preparing renewal packages, and ensuring smooth administration of premiums and reserves. Job responsibilities include: Manage the full insurance policy lifecycle, from placement through renewal and cancellation. Organize, maintain, and archive all insurance-related documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Prepare underwriting data, renewal submission packages, and supporting schedules for brokers and insurers. Administer insurance premium payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Monitor and report on insurance-related reserves and provisions. Manage insurance databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and generating reports as needed. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications/ experience: Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in insurance, risk management, or a similar analytical role. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and insurance or risk management software. Good communication and coordination skills with internal stakeholders and external brokers/insurers. Portuguese or Spanish language skills are preferred.
