Key Responsibilities What You'll Do: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of licensed insurance agents to meet and exceed production goals Conduct ongoing coaching, call reviews, and performance feedback sessions to strengthen results Collaborate with leadership to improve lead distribution, training, and agent performance Monitor key sales metrics and identify trends or opportunities for improvement Support agents in developing their sales and service skills to ensure consistent customer satisfaction Partner cross-functionally with Tech and Marketing to create a seamless experience for customers Help recruit, onboard, and train new team members as Guardian continues to scale Skills, Knowledge and Experience We're looking for: Experienced sales leaders with a proven record of leading high-performing teams Individuals with 2+ years of experience in insurance sales management Strong communication and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others A data-driven approach to performance management and decision-making Active Property & Casualty license High energy, integrity, and a passion for helping people succeed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of insurance sales management experience. Previous experience in sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. A passion for customer success. Must possess an active Property & Casualty insurance license.
