What You'll Be Doing
You'll speak with customers who are already progressing through their mortgage application.
Your Role Is To
- Understand their personal and financial circumstances
- Identify protection needs and risks
- Recommend suitable Life, Critical Illness, Income Protection and Family Protection solutions
- Deliver outstanding customer outcomes while maximising protection penetration
You'll spend your time doing what you're best at—advising customers—not chasing business.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for high-performing Protection Advisers who can consistently convert quality opportunities into protection sales.
Essential Requirements For This Role
- Minimum 18 months' protection sales/advice experience
- Proven track record of achieving protection targets
- Excellent telephone sales and relationship-building skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer outcomes

What You'll Earn
Basic Salary
£30,000-£35,000 depending on experience
Realistic OTE
£100,000+
Our commission structure rewards performance, meaning the more business you write, the more you earn.
Career Progression
We believe high performers should progress quickly.
Senior Protection Consultant
Achieve your first annual banking target and your basic salary increases to
£35,000.
Executive Protection Consultant
Achieve your second annual banking target and your basic salary increases to
£40,000.
Working Pattern: Fully Remote
Monday-Thursday
- Two days: 9:00am-6:00pm
- Two days: 11:00am-8:00pm
