Intake Specialist

🚀 We're Hiring: Personal Injury Intake Specialists (Remote – Philippines)

Strike First Digital is expanding, and we're looking for 4 full-time Personal Injury Intake Specialists to join our growing remote team supporting U.S. personal injury law firms.

📍 Location: Remote (Philippines)

🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Arizona Time

Each team member will work a standard 8-hour shift, with schedules discussed during the interview.

💰 Compensation:

• Starting at USD $10/hour
• PLUS commission for every signed case
• Full-time position

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls from potential clients
• Return missed calls promptly
• Follow up on web form submissions
• Qualify prospective clients based on firm criteria
• Gather case details
• Guide prospective clients through the intake process until they sign with the law firm

Who We're Looking For

Previous personal injury intake experience is preferred, but we also welcome applicants with legal intake experience in:

• Family Law
• Estate Planning
• Criminal Defense
• Immigration
• Bankruptcy
• Workers' Compensation
• Employment Law
• Other legal practice areas
