Role Overview

Join Job Duck as an Intake Specialist and become the first point of contact for potential clients seeking immigration legal services. In this role, you will handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and guide prospects through the intake process with professionalism and empathy. Your ability to actively listen, communicate clearly, and build trust will directly impact client conversion and overall business growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping people, and are detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills, this position is for you.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (USA)

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Tracking pipeline and intake progress accurately
• Scheduling new appointments using Google Calendar
• Proactively informing clients about the fee
• Maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism
• Converting leads into clients through effective communication and follow-up
• Collecting payments via provided link
• Answering all incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Preparing and submitting daily reports using Google Sheets

What We’re Looking For:

• At least one to two years of proven experience in Immigration Law
• Sales and client conversion
• Customer service excellence
• Active listening and clear communication
• Tech-savvy and adaptable
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to follow up consistently
• Comfortable speaking with clients in Spanish and English
• Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
• Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment
