About You We are looking for a skilled and strategic integrated communications professional to join our team as a Senior Executive. You are a creative thinker who excels at developing and executing integrated communications campaigns that drive results. You understand the importance of aligning PR strategies with broader business goals and can navigate complex challenges with ease. You bring experience across B2B, Corporate and Technology communications, or Consumer and Lifestyle communications, and understand how to tailor communications strategies for different audiences and industries. As a Senior Executive, you take on both a project and emerging people manager role. You perform day-to-day account work while beginning to oversee others’ work. You are recognized as the go-to on the team and clients trust you to provide updates, advice, and ideas. What You Do As a Senior Executive, you can manage projects, working with a high degree of independence. You have proven experience working on integrated communications campaigns and programs across various disciplines and are pivotal in bridging planning to execution, accomplishing most work with just a ‘gut-check’ from managers or account leads. You work closely with the Team Lead to create and implement strategic communication plans that meet client goals. You manage daily client communications and serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution. You proactively seek opportunities to optimize campaigns and drive growth within existing client accounts. You contribute to the creation of media materials, such as press releases, pitches, briefing documents, social and digital content, influencer briefs, thought leadership content and executive communications. You monitor media coverage, social conversations and campaign performance, and deliver regular reports and analyses to clients. You help coordinate events, press conferences, media interviews, influencer engagements and content collaborations. You build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, content creators and other relevant stakeholders to identify opportunities that support client objectives. You mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their skill development and expertise. You support new business pitches by conducting research, preparing presentation materials, and participating in client meetings. What You Offer You have 3–4 years of experience in an integrated communications, PR, communications or marketing agency. Experience supporting clients in one or more of the following sectors: B2B, Corporate and Technology; or Consumer and Lifestyle Communications. You possess a blend of strong project, team and client management skills, media and influencer relations, impeccable writing, and a good understanding of the commercial aspects of account management. You are a self-motivated, driven, collaborative and creative individual who would jump into anything with both feet. A passion for continual learning, genuine communications and a great sense of humour. You have integrated communications in your DNA, content skills at the centre of your consulting toolkit, and possess the ability to flex into social and digital; Degree or equivalent, ideally in the field of PR, Communications, Marketing, Business or Journalism; Excellent written and spoken English.
