The organization is rebuilding its marketing function while also needing to deliver near-term sales results, balancing the classic work of building marketing capability with the urgency of driving performance this quarter and next. About the Role This is a hands-on, integrated marketing role with strong in social/influencer and creative skills, who will embed within the client’s marketing team. This role will partner with a senior marketer for direction and cross-team coordination, and needs to independently own their workstream. The role is responsible for defining cross-marketing plans for key programs, writing and evaluating creative briefs, setting strategic direction, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver a fully integrated, connected plan. Prioritized Responsibilities Integrated Marketing Define cross-marketing plans for key programs Write and evaluate creative briefs Set strategic direction across the marketing plan Lead cross-functional teams to deliver a fully integrated, connected marketing plan Social and Influencer Marketing Evaluate the current social and influencer marketing strategy and execution Own strategy and execution for social and influencer, not just an assessment Strategy and Creative Management Evaluate and guide advertising, social, and owned-channel creative Make sure creative direction stays connected to the broader integrated plan, not developed in isolation IP and Sponsorship Activation Develop marketing tactical plan to deliver outsized value from celebrity IP in venue games and key sporting events, inclusive of the following: Building a messaging framework tied to the IP release cadence, sequenced against concurrent Watch messaging for College Football and NFL so the moments reinforce rather than compete (in partnership with someone else who is leading the sports platform) Partner with Media tactical plan lead to integrate overall marketing tactical plan to inform local media plan Defining launch sequencing, internal advertising, and supporting field readiness plans Help designing a cross-functional team way of working across Brand, Ops, PR, and Field; clarifying decision rights, handoffs, and performance accountability at each stage Identifying and sizing any potential incremental budget required to execute the plan as scoped Support the synthesis of the above into a distilled summary for review with the Board of Directors in September Key Deliverables Integrated marketing plans and briefs for key programs Social and influencer strategy and execution plan Creative evaluation and guidance across advertising, social, and owned channels Operating blueprint for IP covering media, messaging, launch sequencing, and cross-functional model Board-ready summary of blueprint, including incremental budget requests with rationale Strong integrated marketing background Experience in social and influencer marketing, both strategy and execution Experience in strategy and creative management, including evaluating and guiding advertising, social, and owned-channel creative Experience in restaurant or restaurant-adjacent industry Comfortable operating in high ambiguity and constant change Able to relationally balance being a strong "driver" with navigating politically sensitive environments We Are Rosie provides strategic consulting and talent solutions for the marketing industry.
