Support media relations efforts by developing promotional messaging, pitches, and supporting materials. Support executive communications and organizational messaging as needed. CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT (30% of time) Partner with content, membership, and lifelong learning teams to translate established priorities and objectives into integrated marketing plans and KPIs. Create campaign plans, messaging frameworks, timelines, and channel recommendations. Serve as the day-to-day marketing lead for assigned campaigns, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and execution across channels. Identify new opportunities to grow awareness, engagement, and audience participation. PAID DIGITAL MARKETING (20% of time) Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns across search, social, and video platforms. Manage campaign budgets and monitor performance against established KPIs. Test creative, messaging, audiences, and placements to improve campaign effectiveness. Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices. ANALYTICS & PERFORMANCE (10% of time) Translate marketing and audience data into actionable recommendations for campaign strategy and future planning. Develop regular reports and dashboards that communicate results and insights. Analyze audience behavior and marketing performance to inform future campaigns. Recommend optimization strategies based on performance data. OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED (5% of time) Participate as an active member of the MarComm Team.
