As an Integration Analyst, you will : Conduct discovery sessions with clients and partners to gather technical and business requirements Define functional and non-functional requirements for data integrations with 3rd party enterprise platforms Create detailed data mapping specifications and integration workflows for technical design documents Create customer-facing overviews, implementation guides, and best practice documentation Proactively identify potential integration challenges and define mitigation strategies Provide support to implementation team as needed for clarification, escalated triaging, and scoping enhancements Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of integration methodologies Participate in pre-sales activities to support technical evaluation and scoping Contribute to product roadmap discussions based on customer feedback and market trends
