Overview Innovu is a growing Pittsburgh, PA-based data analytics company, offering a full range of cloud-based solutions that empower our users to effectively drive their human capital programs to mitigate risk while optimizing quality, cost, and efficiency of benefits and risk programs. The goal of the Integration Analytics team is to produce quality data to be loaded into Innovu’s data analytics platform, Lens, so our clients can understand, interpret and act upon reporting and insights that Innovu provides. The Integration Analytics Team handles the first, and often most critical steps in data acquisition by completing the initial vetting of plan documents, external reports, and data sets. The Integration Analyst I primary responsibilities are: using internal software and platforms to complete data profiling, resolving data issues, and collaborating with the engineering and project management teams to complete client onboardings in a timely and accurate manner. Responsibilities Responsible for the successful implementation of data to Innovu’s platform Review benefit plan design documents for completeness in order to build client accounts in the internal Innovu platform. Run data quality checks to ensure the integrity of the data that is being reported from the Innovu platform by using Excel, as well as internal Innovu software. Research and provide resolutions to data discrepancies found during data quality checks. Collaborate and communicate with external vendors to ensure data accuracy, ETA’s, and necessary documents needed to ensure accurate client reporting. Work with Project Managers on a daily basis to ensure timeline projection, escalation needs, and completion of projects. Continuously monitor data for timeliness and integrity. Supporter of various projects with the objective of addressing process gaps and improving data quality. Communicate with Lead and Project Managers in a concise manner on status of all on-boardings. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience. Some exposure to healthcare, health insurance, and/or employee benefits required Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to produce high quality deliverables. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel. Experience interpreting data analytically Capable of managing simultaneous projects and coordinating cross-project activities. Able to plan work, proactively identify issues, propose solutions, balance competing priorities, and accomplish goals on schedule. Shows curiosity and an ability to learn quickly, especially new technology and processes. Willing to assist colleagues and organization in development of new processes and provide input about better ways of working. Approaches all work with a team-based/collaborative orientation. Bonus Points Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or a related field. 1-2 years of data analysis experience. Experience working with medical and/or Rx claims, enrollment, and other benefit or risk data.
