Location: The role is remote with occasional travel required for key meetings in Dublin.

We are seeking an experienced Integrations Business Analyst to support a cloud migration programme by documenting and validating the current-state integration landscape.

Working alongside the Project Manager and key business and technical stakeholders, the successful candidate will survey agreed system and application interfaces, document interface processes and data flows, and build migration-readiness documentation to support future cloud migration activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory and analyse system and application interfaces across business and technology domains
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with business stakeholders, application owners and technical SMEs
• Document current-state processes, source and target systems, data flows, protocols and transfer patterns
• Capture interface volumes, dependencies, ownership, support arrangements and operational controls
• Document security, access, monitoring, failure handling and service considerations
• Maintain an accurate interface register with supporting evidence, assumptions, decisions and traceability
• Validate documentation with accountable stakeholders and coordinate review and sign-off
• Identify documentation gaps, risks, dependencies and cloud migration considerations
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, security, integration and business teams
• Produce clear and reusable documentation to support migration planning and delivery

Required Experience

• Technical Business Analyst experience within integrations, interfaces or API-led environments
• Strong requirements gathering, current-state discovery and process mapping skills
• Experience documenting data flows, system interactions and operational processes
• Understanding of APIs, file transfer mechanisms, middleware and microservices integrations
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and interviews
• Ability to produce interface registers, process documentation and traceable artefacts
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working within structured project governance frameworks

Desirable Experience

• Cloud migration or application modernisation programmes
• Azure Integration Services or similar integration platforms
• Retail, digital commerce or large enterprise environments
• Working with third-party vendors and support partners
