Job Title: Intelligent Automation Developer (UiPath) Location: PAN India/Remote/WFH About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Intelligent Automation / RPA Developer to design and deliver scalable automation solutions using UiPath and related technologies. The role involves working across the full automation lifecycle, from process analysis and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and production support. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with UiPath Agents, UiPath Maestro, AI Center, Document Understanding, and Microsoft Azure capabilities, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: · Design, develop, test, and implement intelligent automation solutions using UiPath. · Work with UiPath Agents, UiPath Maestro, AI Center, Document Understanding, and Microsoft Azure capabilities to deliver AI-enabled automation use cases. · Conduct detailed process analysis, specification gathering, and solution design to identify suitable automation opportunities. · Manage UiPath Orchestrator integration, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance across multiple environments. · Monitor, troubleshoot, and support automation processes and BOTS in production to ensure reliability, performance, and availability. · Prepare clear solution design documents, technical specifications, and process outlines. · Ensure automation solutions are robust, high-quality, and compliant with security, governance, and development standards. · Support attended and unattended BOT development and maintenance. · Contribute to the growth of the firm’s Intelligent Automation capability, standards, and reusable assets. · Communicate automation solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. · Work closely with business users, developers, and project teams in iterative delivery environments. · Support process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives. · Use project management and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira. · Work with databases, web services, and supporting technologies as needed. Minimum Qualifications: · Proven experience as an RPA Developer, preferably with UiPath. · Strong hands-on experience with UiPath development and production support. · Experience with UiPath Agents, UiPath Maestro, AI Center, and intelligent automation use cases. · Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, C#, PowerShell, or VBA. · Experience creating attended and unattended bots. · Strong knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator and bot infrastructure management. · Experience in process analysis, solution design, testing, and go-live preparation. · Experience working with SQL databases. · Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, and web services. · Understanding of DevOps pipelines, release processes, and deployment practices. · Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira. · Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills. · Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail.
