Role Description
The Interactive Learning Solutions Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Greater Melbourne, with flexibility to work from home when suitable.
This is a specialist sales overlay role focused on helping schools improve teaching, collaboration and student engagement through interactive classroom technology.
Working alongside Edunet’s existing sales and account management team, you will provide specialist knowledge, demonstrations and sales support for solutions including interactive panels from Promethean, SMART, BenQ, CommBox, HDi and TouchBoard, as well as immersive and active-learning technologies such as Lü Interactive.
Rather than owning every aspect of the customer relationship, you will work collaboratively with account managers to identify opportunities, develop the right solution and help progress projects from initial discovery through to successful implementation.
Day to day, you will:
- Work alongside Edunet’s sales team to identify interactive learning and classroom technology opportunities within new and existing school accounts
- Meet with school leaders, teachers, ICT teams and other key stakeholders to understand their educational, operational and technical requirements
- Recommend interactive panels, immersive learning technology and related classroom solutions suited to each school’s needs
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations, workshops and presentations at schools, events, showrooms and online
- Help schools understand how technology can support teaching practice, collaboration, student engagement and active learning
- Support account managers during customer meetings, demonstrations, proposals and solution development
- Develop new opportunities through targeted prospecting, vendor campaigns, events, referrals and engagement with existing Edunet customers
- Conduct classroom and site assessments to help determine appropriate products, mounting requirements, connectivity and implementation considerations
- Prepare solution recommendations, scopes, quotes and proposals in collaboration with sales, technical and operations teams
- Help manage specialist opportunities through the sales cycle, from initial discovery and demonstration through to decision and close
- Coordinate proof-of-concept installations, trials and evaluation programs where appropriate
- Maintain accurate opportunity, activity and pipeline information within Edunet’s CRM
- Work closely with vendor partners to coordinate demonstrations, training, campaigns and joint sales activities
- Support education conferences, school events, trade shows and Edunet marketing initiatives
- Assist with the handover of successful projects to installation, operations, training and support teams
- Build internal product knowledge and help the broader sales team confidently identify and discuss classroom technology opportunities
- Stay informed about emerging classroom technology, pedagogy, competitor activity and developments within the K–12 education sector
This role would suit someone who enjoys presenting technology, working collaboratively with sales teams and helping educators understand what is possible in modern learning environments.
Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in solution sales, business development, account management, education technology, audiovisual solutions or a related field
- Experience with interactive displays, classroom audiovisual systems, collaboration technology or immersive learning solutions would be highly regarded

- A proactive, organised and self-motivated approach
- The ability to manage multiple demonstrations, projects, opportunities and deadlines
- An understanding of the K–12 education sector, or a genuine interest in learning how schools operate
