Process customer inquiries related to manufacturing processes and the supply of finished products and components. Coordinate with internal departments, including Production, Production Planning, Logistics, and Warehouse teams. Communicate with customers regarding order fulfillment timelines, shipment readiness, production delays, and changes to delivery schedules. Receive production orders for finished goods from the company's international partners, register them in the company's ERP system, and monitor the order status and production progress until completion. English proficiency at B2 level or higher . Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage. Experience working with 1C, SAP, or other ERP systems . Proficient PC user with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office . High level of organization and attention to detail. Knowledge of business communication etiquette. Results-oriented mindset. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work with large volumes of information. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose effective solutions.
