Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month Annual Salary Pay: $58,000- $62,000 per year based on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm ((Hybrid, in office Tuesday- Thursday Monday & Friday remote) Summary The Planning Manager (Intercontinental) will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management . Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area. Essential Functions Customer service satisfaction and expectation management Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling Health and Safety Management State/Local/Federal regulations compliance Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned.
