We are market experts placing c-suite talent into funds and portfolio companies, we partner with businesses at all stages of the investment cycle to build successful leadership teams. ~ Compensation: Competitive basic + quarterly commission ~ Start: August/September 2026 ~ Sector: Executive Search - Private Equity ~ Location: Midtown Manhattan, 4 days weekly in office What does the role involve? This role sits on the Interim Practice, you will work closely with the Partner of this practice to execute technology, operations and data mandates. This is a fantastic platform to learn & work closely with clients & candidates across the Private Equity landscape. Candidate Management: Proactively engage with CTOs, Heads of Data, Chief of Staff at private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Build and manage a high-caliber network of c-suite professionals on an interim and perm basis. Source talent using a mix of platforms – LinkedIn, job boards, our CRM, networking, and direct outreach. Conduct initial candidate screening calls, as well as follow up meetings (face to face and virtual) to understand each candidate’s experience. Match top candidates with the right opportunities, ensuring both technical fit and cultural alignment. Business Development: Building relationships with founders, senior executives, and investors to understand their hiring needs and their wider strategy Negotiating offers and supporting successful placements. Supporting senior consultants on client meetings and business development initiatives. Become a trusted advisor, helping clients make informed hiring decisions that support their growth. What are we looking for in an ideal candidate? You will be a 2026 Graduate and looking to step into an executive search role. Experience in a client facing role is desirable, we're looking for someone confident engaging with senior clients. You will be curious, and genuinely interested to deepen your understanding of Private Equity.
