Your role We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Interim Marketing Manager to join the Exchange for Change team during a busy period of delivery. You will support the planning and delivery of marketing activity across multiple audiences and channels, helping to turn our strategy into clear, effective campaigns and communications. This is a delivery-focused role requiring strong campaign and project management skills, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple agencies, internal teams and stakeholders. You will need to quickly get up to speed, take ownership and confidently manage activity from brief through to delivery. Key Responsibilities & Priorities Campaign planning and delivery Support the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C audiences. Translate agreed marketing strategies into clear campaign plans, briefs, timelines and deliverables. Manage campaigns and projects from briefing through to delivery, keeping activity on time and on budget. Coordinate activity across digital, social, paid media, email, print, events and partner channels. Maintain oversight of campaign schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks and actions. Ensure campaigns are effectively coordinated across different audiences, channels and stages of the Deposit Return Scheme. Content and creative development Coordinate the development of marketing content, campaign assets and supporting materials. Brief and manage creative, media and other agency partners. Review creative work and content to ensure it is accurate, accessible and aligned with the Exchange for Change brand. Coordinate feedback and approvals across internal teams and stakeholders. Ensure final assets are delivered in the correct formats and made available to the relevant teams and partners. Work closely with the Interim Digital Marketing Manager to coordinate the digital elements of campaigns. Stakeholder, partnership and event marketing Work closely with internal teams to understand requirements and ensure marketing activity is accurate and aligned. Support partner and stakeholder marketing activity, including the development of toolkits and shared campaign materials. Coordinate marketing support for events, activations and engagement activity where required. Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers and other delivery partners. Help ensure stakeholders and partners have the information and materials they need to communicate effectively. Performance and brand management Track campaign performance against agreed objectives. Work with agency and internal teams to gather results, insight and audience feedback. Produce clear and concise campaign updates and performance reports. Use results and insight to recommend improvements and optimise future activity. Help maintain consistency of the Exchange for Change brand across all marketing activity. Identify potential delivery, brand or reputational risks and escalate them appropriately. About you Experience and skills Strong marketing experience, ideally across integrated campaigns and multiple channels. Demonstrable experience managing campaigns and projects from brief through to delivery. Experience working across both B2B and B2C audiences would be beneficial. Experience briefing and managing creative, media and other agency partners. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage several priorities simultaneously. Confident working with senior stakeholders, agencies, suppliers and delivery partners. Experience coordinating content and assets across digital, social, paid media, email, print and partner channels. Strong attention to detail and good commercial judgement. Comfortable working in a fast-paced organisation with evolving requirements. Desirable experience Experience working on large-scale public information or behaviour-change programmes. Experience within the consumer, sustainability, retail or public sector. Experience supporting partnerships, events or stakeholder-led marketing activity. Experience developing campaign toolkits and materials for external partners. Understanding of the UK media and marketing landscape. Personal attributes Proactive, practical and delivery-focused.
