When joining Tieto Banktech as a Interim Talent Acqusition Partner, you will: Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Drive recruitment processes across multiple functions and geographies, ensuring an excellent experience for candidates and stakeholders. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent in a competitive market. Leverage recruitment analytics and talent intelligence to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve hiring outcomes. Strengthen and promote our employer brand through talent attraction initiatives, events, and social media activities. Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working, contributing to a scalable and efficient hiring function. Build and deliver recruitment capability trainings, empowering managers to make effective and inclusive hiring decisions. Collaborate with colleagues across the global Talent Acquisition community to share best practices and drive continuous improvement. Who we are looking for: You are a relationship builder who quickly establishes trust and credibility with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues. You are a strong communicator who can influence stakeholders and create engaging candidate experiences through both verbal and written communication. You are proactive, resourceful, and creative in identifying and attracting top talent. You are comfortable using data and market insights to guide decisions and recommend talent acquisition strategies. You are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail. You have strong interviewing and assessment skills and are confident in evaluating candidates against both role requirements and organizational values. You are adaptable and energized by change, growth, and working in a dynamic business environment. You communicate fluently in English and in Swedish/Norwegian, both written and spoken.
