🧠 Your Role

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead the development and execution of European hiring strategies to attract top talent across functions. In close alignment with business and HR leadership, you will drive end-to-end recruitment processes, shape the employer brand, and contribute to the company’s long-term growth by bringing in the right people at the right time.

• Design and implement scalable talent acquisition strategies across European markets, aligning with both regional and global business goals
• Own full-cycle recruitment in Europe, from sourcing and interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding, while ensuring alignment with local labor laws and market norms
• Build robust talent pipelines using regionally relevant sourcing channels, including direct search, multilingual job boards, European social media platforms, and employer branding initiatives tailored for diverse European audiences
• Partner with HRBPs, hiring managers, and external European agencies
• Use European labor market data and KPIs to optimize hiring strategies
• Drive regional TA projects focused on diversity, compliance, and European talent intelligence
• Act as a strategic advisor to European senior stakeholders
