Description Job Title: Interior Production Associate Located in Las Vegas, NV ( this is not a remote position ) Please submit a portfolio - A portfolio is required to be considered for an interview. Job Summary: Interior Production Associate will collaborate with firm leaders in business development efforts and assist in project design efforts for key clients and projects. Duties and Responsibilities: Create schematic design presentations Execute construction detailing and documentation Draw plans, elevations, sections to assist 3D department in developing renderings Ensure all designs meet the required specifications and quality standards. Produce complete sets of construction documents Prepare presentation material Participate in project related meeting and discussions Support in processing RFI’s and submittals Work efficiently within a collaborative team environment for a well-executed final product Provide flexibility in a fast-paced environment Actively participate in company initiatives Requirements Required Skills and Abilities: Proficiency in Revit Verbal and communication skills Problem-solving capabilities, prioritization, organization and follow through Agility and flexibility. Must be a team player that can handle multiple tasks Understanding of Bluebeam Working in both Imperial and Metric Basic Knowledge of Model Building Codes & Accessibility Standards Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design Minimum 2+ years of experience, hospitality experience preferred
