Responsibilities Develop and coordinate construction document packages. Support design development efforts. Coordinate with consultants and project teams. Perform site surveys and code reviews. Participate in construction administration activities, including RFIs, submittals, and site visits. Communicate project status with clients and team members. Contribute to project delivery across all phases. Essential Skills Advanced proficiency in Revit. Ability to independently produce and coordinate drawing sets. Experience managing consultant coordination within Revit environments. Strong experience producing complete construction document sets for commercial interior projects. Ability to maintain accuracy, quality control, and technical detailing. Experience supporting workplace, retail, hospitality, media, or similar commercial interior projects. Ability to coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, and clients throughout project phases. Experience conducting site surveys, code reviews, and construction administration activities. Additional Skills & Qualifications 4-10 years of architectural experience. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or related field preferred. Commercial interiors experience preferred. Experience on workplace, retail, hospitality, or media projects preferred. Licensed architect or pursuing licensure is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Client-facing professionalism and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Work Environment The work environment offers a hybrid schedule with four days in the office and Fridays remote, though occasional Friday attendance may be required for site visits or client meetings. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
