The Role

We are seeking an Intermediate Sage X3 Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with solid Sage X3 experience who is ready to take ownership of implementations, support, and optimization projects. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their business needs, configure solutions, and ensure smooth ERP operations.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in Sage X3 implementations from requirements gathering through to go-live and post-support.

Configure and adapt Sage X3 modules (Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, etc.) to meet client requirements.

Collaborate with finance, operations, and supply chain teams to align ERP functionality with business processes.

Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end-users.

Assist with integrations between Sage X3 and external systems. Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, ensuring system stability and efficiency.

Contribute to knowledge sharing and support junior team members.

Desired Skills & Experience

3–5 years of hands-on Sage X3 consulting or ERP experience.

Sage X3 certification(s) is a must (Finance and Distribution)

SQL knowledge is a must.

Exposure to ERP integrations, APIs, or web services beneficial.

Familiarity with project management approaches (Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK) advantageous.

Previous experience with ERP implementation partners is a plus.

Work Environment
