Role Description This full-time remote role of Mortgage Intermediary at Anna Kalynyuk Mortgage focuses on guiding clients through the mortgage process from initial inquiry to closing. The professional in this role will assess client financial profiles, explain mortgage products and terms, and present suitable lending options aligned with clients’ needs and risk profiles. Daily responsibilities include collecting and reviewing documentation, coordinating with lenders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and tracking applications through approval and funding. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, managing a pipeline of clients, following up on outstanding items, and providing clear, timely communication to clients and partners. The Mortgage Intermediary will contribute to process improvements, support marketing and client outreach activities, and uphold high standards of integrity and client service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in mortgage intermediation, banking, financial advisory, or a related area, with a strong understanding of mortgage products and lending criteria.
• Solid knowledge of credit analysis, income verification, documentation requirements, and regulatory compliance in the mortgage or financial services sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in clear, accessible language.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple client files, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate records in digital systems.
• Comfort working in a remote environment, using online tools and CRM systems, with a proactive, self-directed approach to daily tasks and problem-solving.
• High ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality when handling sensitive financial and personal information.
• Relevant education in finance, economics, business, or a comparable field; professional certifications in mortgage or financial services are an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus, particularly for supporting a diverse client base.
