Intern AI Solutions (All genders welcome)
at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.
>> Minimum of 6 months starting from
November 2026
with possible extension to 12 months.
The Requirements:
For your internship at Kia Europe you need to be
enrolled during the whole internship period in
a university within the European Union, preferably Germany
. Furthermore, you need
a valid visa
and an
unrestricted permit to work
in Germany. We recommend completing a six-month internship with us, as this gives you sufficient time to learn about Kia Europe and familiarize yourself with your topic.
Your Mission
:
Support AI implementation efforts across Kia Europe IT, with responsibilities including:
AI Research & Tool Evaluation - Investigate emerging AI tools and technologies, provide insights into their potential application within business processes.
Project Support - Participate in planning sessions for AI-related initiatives, assist in documenting implementation workflows and learnings.
Content Creation - Draft newsletters, updates, and educational materials to promote AI awareness and engagement.
Help facilitate communication and alignment between business and technical stakeholders.
Your Talents:
Education:
Currently enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student.
Skills:
Fluent in English (written and spoken), suitable languages advantageous.
International mindset.
Enthusiastic about AI and emerging technologies.
Ability to quickly grasp new AI concepts and adapt to evolving technologies.
Strong written and verbal communication for effective collaboration.
Capable of producing engaging and informative materials.
A genuine interest in exploring AI applications for business challenges.
Team-oriented mindset with a positive contribution to group efforts.
Comfortable with digital platforms and eager to learn new tools.
Proactive attitude toward learning and task ownership.
