Join us. MEET YOUR TEAM: BUSINESS OPERATIONS adjoe’s Business Operations team connects the dots between business and tech. They analyze data across adjoe’s advertising supply and demand to identify gaps, align priorities, and drive smarter decisions. They ensure product roadmaps reflect business needs, and work closely with Tech to bring them to life. To make sure big ideas don’t get stuck, these people work across teams launching initiatives, fixing process gaps, and shaping product direction based on what the data says. What You Will Do: Research companies by different verticals that suit our products Analyze companies by financial performance, past performances, strategy and suitability for our products Support the business operations teams in day-to-day activities Create campaigns for advertisers using our dashboard Monitor adjoe key KPIs Help with sustaining the Salesforce data (hygiene, enrichment) Support with tool inquiries Research tools by AI capabilities and how they can help to automate/reduce manual effort for the team Who You Are: You have a bachelor's degree or are in your last year of it in the fields of business, finance or economics You have completed various internships in either fast-growing startups, consulting or finance You possess outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) You are an expert with Google Suite (especially, with Sheets and Slides) You are proficient in English and another language You like to work in a fast-paced environment You enjoy a strong sense of responsibility/ownership You are available to work for at least six months Fuel for the Journey: Benefits to Support Your Ambitions Live Your Best Life, at Work and Beyond: We work in a hybrid setup with 3 core office days, plus flexible working hours.
