About the role: Are you curious about what it takes to attract great talent and shape the future of a fast-growing international company? As a Recruiting Intern, you'll become an active member of our Talent Acquisition team for six months, gaining hands-on experience across the full recruitment process while working closely with experienced recruiters. From identifying top talent to supporting candidates throughout their hiring journey, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact, learn modern recruiting practices, and build valuable HR experience in an international environment. About your tasks: Identify and engage talented candidates through active sourcing on various platforms and help build strong talent pipelines Screen CVs and support recruiters in identifying suitable candidates for open positions Coordinate interviews by scheduling appointments and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Support the team with recruitment administration , including maintaining candidate data and keeping recruitment processes well organized Work closely with the Recruiting team on day-to-day hiring activities while gaining insights into employer branding and talent acquisition About you: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree , ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field You are organized , enjoy communicating with people, and have an eye for detail You are excited to learn about Talent Acquisition and active sourcing in an international environment; experience with recruiting tools is a nice to have You are fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus .
