Are you ready to join our team and make an impact? Responsibilities This position focuses on operational procurement activities across a variety of sourcing categories and regions. Active negotiation of quotes and contracts as well as operational work in our procurement and ERP systems are in the scope of the role. Execution of operational procurement activities in close cooperation with all our subsidiaries in EMEA, APAC, and the US in close contact with the headquarters in Germany Work across all procurement categories such as IT- and office supplies or external services like consultancy, training agreements, or marketing activities Work in an end-to-end sourcing process considering demands, quote comparison, negotiations, and orders Explore sustainable and innovative procurement potential areas Requirements Enrolled student (all genders) or graduate in the field of Economics or any related subject Ability to gain hands-on experience in the field of Sourcing/Procurement and in negotiating supplier quotes and contracts Good understanding of IT hardware and also non-IT related commodities, goods, and services Very good English skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, entrepreneurial Data-driven mindset and experience with Procurement KPIs Strong social and communication skills as well as the ability to work within a team and/or independently What we offer The work location is our office in Yerevan, Armenia We offer flexible work arrangements and home office options Make an impact!
