Intern Retail Campaigns (m/f/d)

JOIN OUR TEAM As an Intern Retail Campaigns , you will work directly alongside our Campaign Manager supporting the execution of high-impact sales events and daily promotions across 28 European markets. In this hands-on, highly operational role, you will act as a key operational engine for the department, ensuring seamless campaign readiness, accurate product data, and flawless cross-functional execution before campaigns go live. We are looking for an organised, proactive self-starter with strong initiative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take ownership of operational workflows and reporting from day one. This position is limited to 6 months and based in Munich . WHAT YOU'LL DO Drive daily operational execution of retail campaigns and major commercial events (e.g. Black Friday) across European markets Monitor campaign readiness and follow up on critical operational deadlines with cross-functional stakeholders in Content, Buying, Supply Chain, and Logistics Perform thorough quality checks on product information, stock levels, and store setups prior to campaign launch to guarantee a zero-defect customer experience Maintain campaign planning tools, master data, and operational trackers to ensure data accuracy and timely cross-border communication Identify process bottlenecks and propose automation or simplification initiatives to streamline campaign workflows and clear operational blockers Support sustainability-related tasks and ad-hoc reporting requirements within the Retail Campaigns team YOU COME WITH Ongoing or completed studies in Business Administration, Humanities, or a related field with a strong interest in e-commerce and Home & Living Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and comfort working with operational trackers and data management tools Exceptional attention to detail, a hands-on attitude, and the initiative to take autonomous ownership of tasks Highly organized approach with strong prioritisation skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset Business fluency in English; German language skills are a plus WHY WESTWING If you are looking for a place where ambition meets creativity, where ideas turn into impact fast, and where people are trusted to grow - you have found it.
