Welcome to Bosch. ► Find, draft, and share inspiring stories, project milestones, and employee spotlights across our internal and external platforms ► Maintain and update content on internal communication channels (intranet, digital screens, and internal social networks), ensuring all teams stay informed and connected ► Craft engaging written and visual content for external channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and our career pages ► Active participation in brainstorming, planning, and executing internal events, team-building activities, corporate celebrations, and other initiatives ► Coordinate with creative agencies and designers to design, produce, and visually shape content and assets for social media channels and internal communications platforms ► Research and identify the latest trends, digital tools, and best practices in both marketing and internal communications to keep our strategies fresh and innovative ► Education: Final year student or recent graduate in Journalism, Communications, Philology, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field ► Language & Writing Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Serbian and English. ► Digital Literacy: Solid understanding of social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva) Knowledge of SharePoint is considered an advantage ► Organizational Skills: Sharp attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks, and deadlines ► Personal Traits: Highly creative and proactive, with a genuine passion for people, company culture, and community building Why you'll love to work with us: ► Experienced colleagues, international environment ► Being part of a great team will challenge you to grow personally and professionally ► Paid full time internship with flexible working hours so you can pass all the exams and be in track with faculty activities Are you our new colleague?
