The function provides centralized leadership and oversight for: · Programme Management · Project Management · Tooling Product Ownership · Internal Integrity & Investigations · Strategic Delivery PRISM acts as the enabling engine of the Risk & Fraud organization, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively, controls remain robust, and intelligence is translated into measurable business outcomes. Key Requirements · 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, fraud investigation, or security operations, preferably within the gaming or financial services industry. · Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, process, and interpret large datasets to identify patterns and anomalies. · Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, data visualization tools). · Understanding of internal fraud typologies, risk indicators, and control mechanisms. · Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to investigations. · Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with team members. · Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity. · Proactive and inquisitive mindset, with a strong desire to learn and contribute to a secure environment. · Familiarity with gaming/financial services operations and related internal security challenges is a plus.
