The Role
We're seeking a Business Development Manager to grow new accounts across Europe — working with distributors and oncology surgeons to expand access to HIPEC in the operating room.
What You'll Do
Identify and develop new markets, channels, and partnerships with oncology centers, hospitals, and distributors
Find, onboard, and train distributors and surgical teams
Manage key accounts and build lasting client relationships
Drive strategy through market analysis, business planning, and forecasting
Support pricing/contract negotiations and coordinate with marketing, regulatory, and operations
Represent ThermaSolutions at conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree or higher
Prior operating room experience (oncology preferred); OR sales experience a plus
Familiarity with hospital credentialing and working knowledge of anatomy
Track record in international business development, sales, and account management
Strong computer and excellent interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote role
Multilingual ability a plus; willingness to travel throughout Europe
