Role Description The Marketing and Business Development Intern role is a full-time, remote position focused on supporting the company’s growth initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer data, and identifying potential clients and business opportunities. The intern will assist in developing marketing strategies, preparing sales and promotional materials, and supporting digital campaigns. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to improve customer communication, tracking leads, and providing support in customer service activities. The intern will contribute to reports, presentations, and performance metrics to help optimize marketing and business development efforts.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and interpret industry, competitor, and customer data.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and basic sales outreach activities.
• Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy skills to assist in planning campaigns, positioning products, and improving brand visibility.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools.
• Interest in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial products is beneficial; prior internship or project experience in marketing or business development is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
