Match Maison is a boutique international matchmaking firm working with accomplished, relationship-minded individuals across Europe and internationally. Our approach is highly personal, discreet and selective, combining human intuition, relationship expertise and an exceptional international network.

As Match Maison continues to grow, we are seeking an exceptional International Matchmaker to join our team and work closely with our Private Members.

This is a highly trusted, client-facing role for someone who combines emotional intelligence, intuition and warmth with decisiveness, commercial confidence and exceptional interpersonal skills.

The Role

As an International Matchmaker, you will take ownership of selected Private Members throughout their matchmaking journey, developing a sophisticated understanding of each client's personality, values, lifestyle and relationship goals and translating this into highly considered introductions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing relationships with international Private Members
• Developing a nuanced understanding of clients' personalities, values, lifestyles and long-term relationship goals
• Proactively identifying, sourcing and approaching potential matches across Europe and internationally
• Interviewing and assessing prospective matches with emotional intelligence and sound judgment
• Evaluating compatibility across personality, values, lifestyle and long-term alignment
• Curating and facilitating introductions
• Collecting and interpreting post-date feedback
• Guiding clients through sensitive interpersonal situations with empathy and discretion
• Continuously developing Match Maison's international network
• Building relationships with potential candidates, connectors and relevant international communities
• Representing Match Maison at selected professional, networking and private-client events
• Conducting consultations with prospective Private Members
• Communicating the value of Match Maison's services confidently and persuasively
• Contributing to new-client acquisition and converting qualified prospects into Private Members
• Maintaining exceptional standards of confidentiality, professionalism and client care

The Ideal Candidate

• Is fluent in English; additional European languages are highly desirable

International & Private Client Experience

Previous exposure to international high-net-worth, luxury or private-client environments is highly desirable.

Relevant backgrounds may include private banking, wealth management, family offices, luxury hospitality, private aviation, luxury travel, concierge services, premium events, private members' clubs, luxury brands, executive search, recruitment, high-end real estate or other relationship-driven private-client environments.

The successful candidate should understand the importance of discretion, confidentiality, etiquette and cultural awareness when working with sophisticated international clientele.

Having lived internationally is particularly valuable given the global lifestyles of many of our Private Members.

Mindset & Working Style

Matchmaking is a highly personal service, and important client or candidate interactions do not always take place within conventional office hours.

The position therefore requires reasonable flexibility, including occasional availability during evenings or weekends when required by client needs, events or time-zone differences.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership, identifies opportunities and acts. You should be proactive, solution-oriented, responsive and comfortable operating with significant autonomy.

The initial onboarding period will be intensive and requires a strong commitment to learning our methodology, clientele, systems and standards. A willingness to invest additional time during this phase and learn quickly will be important.

In return, this role provides considerable autonomy, international exposure and the opportunity to develop alongside a growing boutique business.

What We Offer

You will work closely with the Founder of Match Maison and receive hands-on training across our matchmaking methodology, candidate assessment, international sourcing, relationship dynamics, private-client management, consultations and sales.
