KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES Manage 90-day immigration reporting and compliance requirements for expatriates (Impats) Prepare and issue invitation letters for all company sites, including Michelin and non-Michelin visitors, suppliers, and contractors for both Business visits and Work-related assignments Administer mobility-related payments and allowances for expatriates. Process expatriate reimbursements, payroll deductions, and tax reporting. Ensure compliance with immigration, employment, and company policies related to expatriate and employee services Coordinate visa and work permit applications, including providing visa and work permit guidance and information to suppliers / Preparing and reviewing documentation for expatriates to support Travel Manager requirements Manage medical claim and payroll deduction processes for employees across Bangkok, Hatyai, Laem chabang, and Rayong locations Administer employee emergency loan programs Support employee benefits programs, including scholarship initiatives and other employee welfare activities WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Required: Obtained a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 2 years experience in International Mobility, Expatriate Administration, HR Operations, or Employee Services Strong knowledge of Thai visa, work permit, and immigration requirements, including 90-day reporting Experience handling expatriate allowances, reimbursements, payroll deductions, and tax-related administration Good understanding of employment regulations and compliance requirements Fluent in Thai and Business Proficiency in English Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR system Preferred: Experience in a regional or multinational environment Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
