Monitor payroll performance, identifying risks or potential issues before they impact service delivery. Support clients with payroll-related questions, legislative updates, and operational best practices. Collaborate with internal departments and external providers to deliver an exceptional client experience. Maintain accurate records and complete KPI and SLA reporting in a timely manner. Assist with payroll audits and provide supporting documentation where required. Stay up to date with legislative and regulatory changes, ensuring payroll operations remain compliant. Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and support the continued growth of the payroll function. What We're Looking For Experience working in a payroll position with responsibility for payroll operations, payroll administration, payroll advisory, or client-facing payroll services. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. Desirable Qualifications & Experience CIPP qualification or working towards one. Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Experience supporting international payroll operations or global client portfolios.
