About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to manage end-to-end payroll operations with a strong emphasis on international payroll processing and overseas employee remittances.
This role requires someone who understands the complexities of paying employees across multiple countries, managing multi-currency transactions, coordinating with payment providers, and ensuring payroll accuracy while remaining compliant with local and international payment requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on schedule.
Manage overseas salary remittances for employees across multiple countries.
Coordinate international payroll payments using banking platforms and global payment providers.
Ensure payroll calculations, deductions, reimbursements, and allowances are accurate.
Handle multi-currency payroll transactions and foreign exchange considerations.
Prepare payroll reports and reconciliation for Finance and Management.
Maintain employee payroll records while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
Ensure payroll activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
Work closely with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues.
Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and payment efficiency.
Requirements
Essential
- Minimum 2 years of payroll experience.
- Proven experience managing international payroll.
- Strong experience handling overseas employee remittances.
- Experience processing payments through international banking platforms.
- Knowledge of multi-currency payroll and foreign exchange transactions.
- Familiarity with payment platforms such as:
- Wise Business
- OFX
- Payoneer
- Remitly Business
- Banking Telegraphic Transfers (SWIFT)
- Local and international bank transfers
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict payroll deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience supporting employees across APAC, Middle East, Australia, Europe, or North America.
- Experience with payroll software or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of international payroll compliance and taxation is an advantage.
