Your Role As an International Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates for multilingual positions across Europe. You will work independently while collaborating with Atlean World, taking ownership of your vacancies, candidates and results. What You Will Do Manage assigned vacancies in collaboration with Atlean World. Source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media and networking. Conduct pre-screening and interview processes to evaluate candidate suitability. Present shortlisted candidates to the Atlean World internal recruitment team. Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure engagement and satisfaction. Build and manage your own candidate network across international markets. Take initiative to identify new sourcing opportunities, markets and recruitment strategies. Track your performance and continuously work towards your personal and financial goals.
