As an International Equity Distribution Sales Trader, you will be responsible for helping with the execution the strategy of the Equity Distribution business as well as executing trades and/or providing advisory market content, as appropriate, in their relevant product/sector/market, in line with the Function’s trading strategies. Create and deliver high-value added financial analysis to targeted universe of clients and prospects. Collaborate with other internal teams to cross-sell other products offered by the bank. Identify and contact prospective clients and building relationships to generate future sales and repeat business Skills You’ll Need Significant network and experience within the arena with extensive, in-depth product and market knowledge. Proven track record of independently and proactively servicing multiple clients and effectively managing multiple priorities, while generating significant revenue. Strong commercial acumen: understanding client/market problems, proactively tackling challenges and seizing opportunities as they arise. Proven ability to coach and encourage a diverse team of talented individuals to achieve outstanding results. Able to navigate, adapt and thrive in a constantly changing/evolving global bank Expectations It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in New York City is $110,000 - $175,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
