About the Opportunity

Blackbird Aviation is a U.S.-based company specializing in the global aerospace supply chain, connecting customers and suppliers across North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America.

We are looking for an International Sales Executive to join our growing team.

This is a 100% remote opportunity for professionals who are passionate about sales, enjoy building relationships with people from different cultures, and want to develop an international career.

You do not need previous aviation experience. We believe that communication skills, professionalism, curiosity and the willingness to learn are far more valuable than previous industry knowledge. We provide complete technical training on our products, customers and internal processes.

Whether you are an English teacher looking for a career change, have experience in customer service, hospitality, international business, B2B sales or another client-facing role, we encourage you to apply if you have fluent English and a commercial mindset.

As part of our team, you will communicate daily with customers and suppliers around the world while representing a growing U.S.-based company.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with international customers.
• Prepare and follow up on commercial quotations.
• Negotiate prices, lead times and commercial conditions.
• Conduct meetings by email, phone and video conference.
• Manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
• Update CRM and internal systems.
• Achieve individual sales goals and performance targets.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent English (mandatory) with confidence to participate in meetings and negotiations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales and customer-focused mindset.
• Self-motivated, organized and proactive.
• Ability to work independently from a home office.
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B sales.
