💼 What You'll Do

✅ Generate new international business opportunities and recruitment projects

✅ Prospect employers, recruitment agencies, hospitals, manufacturers, staffing companies, and corporate clients worldwide

✅ Conduct cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, WhatsApp, and virtual client meetings

✅ Build and manage a strong international sales pipeline

✅ Present AsiaJobs Global's recruitment and workforce solutions

✅ Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities

✅ We're Looking For Someone Who Has

✔ Proven experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or International Sales

✔ Excellent English communication and negotiation skills

✔ Strong experience in lead generation and client acquisition

✔ Ability to work independently in a remote environment

✔ Recruitment industry experience is an advantage

✔ Experience working with international clients is highly preferred
