International Sales Manager - Juices

The Sales & Marketing division of Randstad Professional, specialized in Middle and Senior Management search and selection, is recruiting on behalf of a Company specialized in the industrial processing of citrus fruits for B2B channels:

International Sales Manager - Juices

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities in international markets (focus Europa and Asia), mapping out potential industrial clients for the sale of semi-finished products (purees and juices).
• Manage and consolidate commercial relationships with acquired clients, ensuring consistent growth in sales volumes.
• Understand the technological and formulation needs of clients (R&D, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Production) and propose suitable products.
• Independently manage commercial negotiations with large multinational clients in the food & beverage sectors. Define specific supply contracts and long-term agreements, ensuring the right pricing and supply conditions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing regular reports to the Sales Management.
• Collaborate with Italian offices and foreign production sites.
• Manage and source traders or agencies within the assigned territory to better develop the client base.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a sales professional in the food ingredients / industrial raw materials sector (B2B).
• Possession of an active client portfolio or a consolidated network of contacts within food industries
• Fluency English and Italian
• Strong result orientation, negotiation skills, proactivity, and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel and participate in industry trade fairs.
