INTERNSHIP - EU Innovation & Productivity Project Management Intern for Waters - September 2026 (W/M)

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE: This internship will take place in Rueil Malmaison, at our headquarters starting from September 2026. You will support the PMO Europe teams end-to-end management of waters innovation projects , contributing to the successful development and launch of new products, renovations, and productivity initiatives across the category. You will play a key role in bringing waters innovations to life , from idea to market, while ensuring strong project governance and execution excellence. 1/ Waters Innovation Project Coordination & Execution Lead Waters innovation projects (new products, recipes, formats, productivity initiatives) Contribute to the planning and tracking of key project milestones (concept validation, R&D trials, industrialization, launch readiness) Lead data quality reviews and ensure clear visibility on project status, risks, and next steps Help coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Supply, Quality, Regulatory) 2/ Tools, Ways of Working & Continuous Improvement Support the deployment and adoption of project management and innovation tools across Waters teams Contribute to the harmonization of tools (IPROview, Power BI) to better track innovation performance and delivery Help teams improve ways of working to accelerate time-to-market and increase project efficiency Identify opportunities to simplify processes and enhance project execution excellence 3/ Governance & Performance Monitoring of Waters Projects Support the preparation of innovation governance meetings , key decision-making forums Enhance Power BI dashboards to monitor project KPIs (timelines, risks, resources, launch readiness) Provide clear and actionable insights on project performance and portfolio health Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure alignment on priorities, KPIs, and innovation standards What makes this role exciting : Be at the heart of Waters innovation , working on products consumers will find on shelves tomorrow Gain exposure to the full product development lifecycle , from concept to launch Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (R&D, Marketing, Supply) in an international environment Contribute directly to accelerating innovation and shaping the future of Waters Skills to Develop : Strong project management skills applied to product innovation Proficiency in project tracking & data visualization tools (Power BI, Excel) Cross-functional collaboration in a complex, international environment Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights THE BENEFITS OF THIS INTERNSHIP: Up to 2 days/week of remote work Full reimbursement of your public transportation pass or partial "Vendredi je grandis" program: development every Friday afternoon covering career, soft skills, and hard skills. Internship : Compensation from €1,300 (Bachelor's +4 and gap year) to €1,500 (Bachelor's +5) gross/month. Benefits: company restaurant, gym, bike parking About You For this position, we are looking for someone : Available from September for a duration of 6 months You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university, business or engineering school Proactive, autonomous, rigorous, and well-organized. Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability. Excellent command of Excel; knowledge of Power BI Discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential Enjoys working closely with business teams and interacting with different departments!
