General Terms & Conditions

Duration: 2 months for internships / up to 6 months for freelance contracts

Compensation: Non-remunerated for internships / variable compensation for freelancers

Location: Full remote (worldwide applications welcome)

Position Details

1. M&A/VC Analyst Intern

Core Responsibilities:

• Participate in pitch deck optimization and target valuation within mandates

• Support investor outreach and attend client meetings

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis

• Source and identify deal opportunities in sell-side and fundraising

• Develop reusable pitch materials

• Maintain and enhance database of 2,500+ qualified investors

Required Skills:

• Understanding of startup ecosystem, investment, and advisory services

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases

2. Digital Marketing Specialist Intern

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize digital sales funnels for fundraising training and advisory services

• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly

• Manage and enrich client databases

• Create marketing content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)

• Develop email marketing sequences and newsletters

• Support lead generation and client acquisition processes

Required Skills:

• Digital marketing expertise and familiarity with CRM platforms

• Proficiency in marketing automation tools (Waalaxy, Notion, etc.)
