Internship Global Procurement Sustainability

About this Position What you´ll do Drive implementation of sustainability initiatives within Global Procurement Contribute to EUDR process implementation Conduct deep-dives and supplier engagements on nature-related topics, e.g. palm oil, water, EUDR Support development and refinement of the Nature Strategy 2026+ and translate analyses into actionable recommendations Support PMO activities and team coordination within Responsible Sourcing What makes you a good fit Highly motivated student in business administration, procurement or a related field, ideally with a focus on sustainability Prior internship experience is a plus Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders in English language, other languages are a plus Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills, including experience with data, surveys and regulatory topics Capability of translating complex data and information into clear, actionable recommendations Demonstration of a structured, project management mindset and strong organizational skills Some perks of joining Henkel Diverse national and international growth opportunities Globally wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programs Attractive Remuneration Flexible working hours and hybrid work model Global Experience Interns Community We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
