The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in: Virtual Training Assembly On-boarding Training path for production operators Processes Training (eg. Takt-Time, 5S, ...) Technical and Safety trainings Definition and organization of new trainings MUNER University lectures organization and management Continuous improvements, update and optimization of trainings In order to meet these targets, you will need: Fluent Italian and English, German will be a plus Enrolled/Fresh graduated in a Master's degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related fields Analytical Skills Target oriented Proactive attitude Team working Good communication skills Knowledge of 3D CAD system will be a plus You will find: Monthly allowance Flexible hybrid program format Full access to our company canteens Structured internship experience, including onboarding and continuous support to help you grow and develop your profile Availability from October 2026.
