About this Position What you´ll do Active involvement in the innovation process, including coordination and alignment with other departments Development of concepts for new products in coloration, hair care and styling categories Monitoring of fashion & hair trend research to create the brand look collection (Street Style Collection) Participate to the creation and implementation of social media content including #indolaselected Product performance, competition and strategic market analysis Day to day administrative support on invoicing, budgeting, presentations, organizing internal/external events/workshops etc. What makes you a good fit Student who has successfully passed first semesters of business-related studies, ideally with focus on marketing Practical and international experience, e.g. by internships and semester abroad, is beneficial Fluent English language skills, German is a plus, not mandatory Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Power Point and Excel with strong analytical skills Self-motivated, creative and open-minded personality with high level of independence Interested in B2B hair care / hairdressing industry and digital savvy Availability for a six-month internship in Hamburg starting in December 2026 Some perks of joining Henkel Diverse national and international growth opportunities Globally wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programs Attractive Remuneration Flexible working hours and hybrid work model Global Experience Interns Community We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
