As our Marketing & Brand Design intern, you’ll focus on strengthening the Hypersolid brand across our website, marketing, and client-facing work. Hypersolid is a global technology and brand experience company, with teams in Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Austin, and Gdańsk building AI-native platforms for clients around the world. You’ll work closely with designers and marketers across the company, with plenty of room to contribute, learn, and develop your skills. AI is part of how we work, so you’ll also get the opportunity to experiment with new tools and explore how they can make your creative process smarter and faster. What are you going to do? Helping strengthen the Hypersolid brand and how it shows up across different touchpoints. Keeping our website and marketing materials visually consistent and on-brand. Designing and improving parts of the Hypersolid website. Helping us explore how AI can automate parts of our website workflow, including content tagging. Creating and refining commercial decks and other materials for client-facing moments. Supporting our senior designers on client projects. Collaborating with designers and marketers across our Amsterdam, Alkmaar, Austin, and Gdańsk offices. Where your time goes Most of your time will go into Hypersolid itself: our brand, website, marketing, and creative work for client-facing moments. You'll work closely with a senior who will guide you along the way. The rest of your time will be spent on client projects, where you'll get the opportunity to contribute to client work as part of the team. AI is changing how we design, build, and market, and at Hypersolid we embrace that. We want you to actively explore how AI tools can speed up your process, improve your ideas, and sharpen your creative output. Who are we looking for? You're pursuing a Bachelor's or HBO degree in Design, Communication, Marketing, or a related field and are looking for a hands-on internship. You know your way around Figma and have at least a basic working knowledge of Adobe. Experience with After Effects is a plus. You take initiative, communicate well in English, and are eager to learn from experienced designers and marketers. A portfolio showing your design work is a must. Bonus if you have experience with Brand identity projects, even at a student level. AI tools in a design or marketing context. Motion design or After Effects beyond the basics. This internship is based in our Amsterdam office four days a week, with occasional days in Alkmaar.
