The Group has offices in Paris, London, Dublin, Amsterdam, Lisbon and Vienna , supporting a truly pan‑European investment approach.s. 💼 Your missions You will join the Sourcing Team , working closely with senior investment professionals throughout the investment process. Your responsibilities will include: Analysing real estate investment opportunities across sectors and asset classes Building and maintaining detailed discounted cash flow models Analysing market, valuation and comparable transaction data Reviewing tenant, sponsor and counterparty financials Preparing investment committee materials and internal investment memoranda Supporting senior team members throughout the Transactions The Investment Team is composed of the Sourcing Team and the Transactions Team. In this role, you will be an active member of the Sourcing Team, responsible for originating, underwriting, modelling and structuring new transactions across various countries and asset classes.
