Investment Analyst Program

Role Description: The Investment Analyst Program is a full-time remote role. The Investment Analyst will support deal execution and client advisory by performing financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence on mid-market companies. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, preparing investment memoranda and pitch materials, conducting industry and market research, and assisting in portfolio monitoring. The role also involves collaborating with senior team members on transaction structuring, participating in client meetings, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of capital markets and corporate finance trends.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance and Investments, with the ability to understand corporate finance, valuation, and capital structure concepts.
• Excellent Analytical Skills and Financial Modeling capabilities, including proficiency with spreadsheets and quantitative analysis.
• Understanding of Portfolio Management principles and risk/return considerations, with interest in monitoring and reviewing investment performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced coursework or certifications (e.g., CFA Level I) are an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial data tools; familiarity with financial databases is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced transaction environment.
• Demonstrated interest in corporate finance, M&A, and capital markets through internships, projects, or relevant experience.
