Investment Manager (Real Estate)

Role Description The Investment Manager (Real Estate) will oversee end-to-end real estate investment activities, including sourcing, evaluating, and structuring deals in Ho Chi Minh City and selected markets. This full-time hybrid role is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and financial analysis, building and reviewing investment models, performing due diligence, and preparing investment proposals and presentations. The role will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, monitor portfolio performance, recommend optimization strategies, and support transaction execution from negotiation through closing. The Investment Manager will also stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and risk factors to refine investment strategies and support senior leadership in key decisions.
Qualifications

• Strong investment management capabilities, including experience in real estate Investments and portfolio oversight.
• Advanced Analytical Skills with proven ability to interpret data, build financial models, and assess risk-return profiles.
• Solid understanding of Investment Strategies, capital allocation, and market positioning within the real estate sector.
• Foundational knowledge of Finance, including valuation methods, cash flow analysis, and capital markets.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in real estate transactions, due diligence, and working with legal and advisory teams is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex investment concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects, and make decisions in a fast-paced setting.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA, or real estate-specific credentials) are a plus.
